Fixed: the bundled translations are loaded again, so the translations shipped with the plugin (including the Slovak strings added in 0.12.0) are available immediately after updating, without waiting for the translate.wordpress.org language packs to rebuild. The WordPress.org packs still take priority; the bundled files only fill the gaps.
