English as a full site language: you can now choose English as the default language in the setup wizard, so the banner, cookie declaration and generated pages are all in English for every visitor. Useful for Norwegian companies with an international audience. Norwegian (Bokmål/Nynorsk) is unchanged, and the “show English to English browsers” fallback still works when the default is Norwegian.
