The plugin is now listed on WordPress.org, and its “Documentation” links (on the
gateway settings screen and the Plugins list) point at the project README on
GitHub, which is the plugin’s full documentation.
Fixed those links to use the repository’s current address; they previously
relied on a GitHub redirect.
